This hotel is conveniently located just off the M6, making it an easy option for those driving up to the Highlands or attending events in Wales. There is a BP garage and shop nearby for necessities. Rooms are clean and have comfortable beds with crisp white linens. Breakfast is also excellent with attentive staff.

The hotel is not within walking distance of Carlisle or any local eateries.

Clean and comfy rooms, with a good shower. Close to the motorway and with a budget price. Nice breakfast at the restaurant.

The staff wasn't friendly or helpful. We had an issue with the wifi signal in the room and received no solution.

The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location was ideal, right next to a Beefeater restaurant where we enjoyed some delicious meals. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, including a decent sized TV and comfortable beds. It was also a bonus to have a room with a bath. The breakfast provided was tasty and filled us up for the day.

The building felt old and in need of an update. The noise level was also high, and we could hear people walking and talking in adjacent rooms.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Plus, the location next to the Beefeater restaurant was so convenient for both dinner and breakfast.
